I had the privilege to work with the Owner's of NCIC while formally employed by a different Design Firm. Later to be the Project Manger through a different construction company. My role was as the Interior Designer and Project Manager for NCIC.

Choosing special products like Shu-Sugi-Ban (burned wood siding) and Hardie Board Architectural Panels. The attention to detail is Paramount.

This Facility was designed for an assembly space for kiosks for NCIC. The clean lines and rigid material made a space that will last a life time.

During her previous employment with another Design + Build firm, Dawnelle's role was as the Interior Designer and Project Manager for Construction. The idea was to transform an old furniture store and turn it into a hands-on children's museum. This was a design/build project that truly brought out the inner child. The community and volunteers have come together to bring Longview an amazing and entertaining place to teach children.

The project started with just the shell of the building and bringing the entire space up to code. The exterior was given a grant by City of Longview so a new design was planned for the facade of the building and their new signage. Exhibits were developed and imagination took a key role in designing the Factory which has a movable wall to allow for traveling exhibits and birthday events. Other exhibits include Build-It Junior and Build-It which has a plethora of LEGO building block projects, Invention Garage which provides creative projects that rotate throughout the year and the Farmer's Market which seems to be the most popular as children get to purchase and plan meals. The House was completed at the end of 2017 and will help educate children about nutrition.
