Phone Review:
Once we have your information we can have a phone conversation about your project and exactly what you are looking for. This is the first step to seeing if we will be a good fit for you.
Meet On-site:
An on-site meeting is so important to learn the scope of your project. This is an additional step to see if we really are the best choice for you, it also gives us a better idea of your needs and wants.
Design Agreement:
Once the on-site meeting is complete a decision is made to either move forward as a team or we can recommend a better fit for your project.
DESIGN
LET'S DESIGN YOUR DREAMS
Layout:
After collecting all the data from our initial on-site meeting and getting to know each other we can start the Design. We will verify who we will need to bring in to complete the design team. This could be Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers and MEP Engineers. Will will look into a Soils report and make sure we start off with a strong foundation for your future. Working with the City will also be started during this phase if within City Limits.
Approval of Drawings:
It is very important to us that we are all on the same page for final approval of drawings. This will be what we base out estimate and final construction cost on, and we want it exactly how you want it. From the time we start the design to drawing approval it can take between 30 days to 6 months depending on the project scope.
Estimate:
Now we have approval of the drawings they are ready to be sent out to bid and a final proposal can be made. This takes about 3 - 4 weeks.
Construction Proposal:
Here we are! The final proposal for construction cost is given. Once signed we can move forward towards construction.

Final Walk Through:
At the end of a project we always do a final walk through that includes a punch list for everyone to finish and approve. This really always a time where we can go over and make sure everything is how you want it.
Cleaning:
A final cleaning is completed once everyone is complete and out of the building. This always you to move in with confidence.
Moving In:
It is time to get all the final pieces moved in for you to enjoy your new space. Congratulations you have earned it. The process is not easy, but the Design + Build philosophy sure does make it as seamless for you as possible.
